This is what high-level Olympic taekwondo sparring looks like. My training prepares serious athletes for the intensity and technique required in national and international competitions.
Nothing makes me prouder than seeing my students with their medals. This is the result of discipline, hard work, and a fighter's mentality.

About this collection
Real competition is not just about technique, it is about how you handle pressure under the referee's watch. In these training sessions, we prioritize Kyorugi or Olympic-style sparring, ensuring you get used to the exact environment of state and national championships.
At Shaolin Taekwondo Academy, I do not just teach students how to kick. We build fighters. Since 2006, my approach has remained the same: respect for the art and relentless practice.
Preparing for the Mat
When you aim for national or international championships, you need more than basic fitness. We focus on advanced skills like dynamic spinning hook kicks, tornado kicks, and axe kicks. My students train with proper headguards and chest protectors, simulating real bout conditions so there are no surprises when you step onto the mat in a tournament.
Training Locations
We run sessions at Doon Public School in Paschim Vihar and CTS Complex in Kirari. Our dojangs are equipped with 25mm safety puzzle mats, kick paddles, and heavy punching bags. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the fundamentals of Sogi (stances) or an athlete aiming for a podium finish, you will find the right environment here.
The Path to Competition
I personally oversee the advanced combat training. This includes:
- Olympic Style Sparring: Full contact practice under competition rules.
- Strength and Conditioning: Using the STA Fitness Arena for tyre flips and battle ropes to build explosive leg power.
- Federation Guidance: Assistance with registration and selection trials for national tournaments.
Taekwondo is a journey. It is about sweat, discipline, and the will to rise after every fall. If you are serious about representing your state or the country, come train with us.
Shaolin Taekwondo Academy
I started Shaolin Taekwondo Academy in 2006 to build fighters. When my students wear the India tracksuit and return with medals, that is my real achievement.
