When I teach, it is not just about throwing a kick. We start by fixing your stance and ensuring your hands stay up—Guard রাখ (keep your guard). Whether you are a beginner learning your first punch or an athlete refining your sparring speed, I focus on the micro-movements in your biomechanics that turn a simple motion into a powerful, controlled technique.

Martial arts is a discipline of repetition. My training methodology at Legends Martial Arts is rooted in the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) syllabus, ensuring that every movement you learn has a purpose. We don't just go through the motions. We break down every kick and punch to understand the physics of power generation, balance, and reach.

What we focus on:

  • Foundational Stances: Every powerful strike starts with your feet. We drill these until they become second nature.
  • Precision Kicking: From basic front kicks to complex sparring combinations, we focus on accuracy and control, ensuring your kicks are sharp and safe.
  • Sparring Drills: We practice controlled contact in a safe environment. This is where you learn to read an opponent, manage distance, and react under pressure.
  • Conditioning: Strength is useless without stamina. You will work on explosive drills that build your cardiovascular endurance and functional core strength.
