It isn't just about throwing hits; it's about conditioning your body for control and learning how to move with intent. Before you reach out, understand that our sessions are designed to push you further than you thought you could go, regardless of your current fitness level.
At Legends Martial Arts Academy, the Dojang is our laboratory. We follow the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) curriculum strictly, ensuring every move you learn is recognized on a global standard.
The Mechanics of Power
Beginners start with foundational Chagi (kicks) and Sogi (stances). We emphasize the ITF 'Sine Wave'—the rhythmic motion that creates maximum power through body weight transfer. It is a fundamental shift for anyone moving from recreational fitness to disciplined martial arts.
Conditioning and Safety
Every class is an hour of intensity. You will see our students working on agility ladders and heavy bag drills because strength without speed is useless. We use interlocking EVA foam mats in our climate-controlled facilities in Delhi and Faridabad. This ensures that when you fall during sparring practice, you are safe to get right back up.
What to Expect
Whether you are in our Junior foundation batch or the Adult Combat class, expect to work hard.

- What do I need to start? Just yourself and a commitment to show up. We provide the kick pads and targets.
- Do I need a uniform immediately? You will eventually need an official ITF Dobok, but for your first week, standard comfortable gym wear is perfectly fine.
- Is it safe for beginners? Absolutely. We cap our batch sizes at 15 students to ensure every individual gets proper form correction, preventing injury and bad habits.
