Ready to level up your technique? This series introduces six foundational Taekwondo moves that every beginner will learn on their journey to black belt.

The Ap Chagi, or Front Kick, is one of the first kicks you will learn. It is a linear strike that builds speed and core strength, perfect for creating distance and scoring points.

The Dollyo Chagi, or Roundhouse Kick, is one of the most powerful and versatile kicks in Taekwondo. Mastering this move enhances hip mobility, flexibility, and lateral power.

The Yop Chagi, or Side Kick, is a strong and direct kick that develops stability and balance. It is a fundamental technique for both offense and defense.
