About Academy Information
We run structured sessions at two primary locations in Delhi. Training schedules are set by the week to ensure consistent progress, whether you are here for self-defense basics or intensive competition preparation. We maintain a strict discipline in our dojang, so expect to work hard from the first day.
Training Locations and Schedules
We train at two dedicated facilities to ensure accessibility for our students in Delhi:
- Doon Public School, Paschim Vihar: Sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. This facility is equipped with 25mm safety puzzle mats.
- CTS Complex, Partap Vihar (Kirari): We offer flexible batches here to accommodate both school-going kids and working adults.
What to Expect in Class
Our training goes beyond just physical exercise. When you walk into the dojang, you are entering a space where we respect the hierarchy of masters and seniors. Classes are split by skill level:
- Beginner Foundation: Focuses on stances (Sogi), blocks (Makgi), and basic kicks like Ap Chagi. We also cover practical street self-defense.
- Advanced Competitive: This is for those aiming for the podium. You will undergo full-contact Olympic-style sparring (Kyorugi) with chest protectors and headgear. We push for speed and power with exercises like tyre flips and battle ropes in the STA Fitness Arena.
