About Wushu & Kung Fu Coaching
What I Offer
People see my medals and say, “Lucky!” Arrey bhai (Hey brother), I’ve fought for every win. For me, “No pain, no gain” isn’t just a saying - it’s how I live. I coach Wushu and Kung Fu for anyone who wants more than just fitness. This is about discovering your own strength, one tough day at a time.
What You’ll Learn
- Shaolin martial arts training: We build your roots, not just with moves, but the philosophy behind them.
- Wushu: The modern style. You’ll train for performance, sharpness, and if you want, competitions.
- Chinese kickboxing techniques (Sanda): Real combat, full-contact sparring, and self-defense you can actually use.
- Traditional weapons training: Staff, sword, nunchaku and more - after you build your basics.
How We Train
I start everyone from scratch. You’ll sweat, you’ll struggle, but you’ll grow. My sessions mix up:
- Fundamentals: Stances, kicks, blocks - we drill till they’re second nature.
- Strength & conditioning: Loads of bodyweight, weights, and agility work.
- Flexibility and mobility: Power’s useless without control, so we stretch and move every single class.
Who Can Join
Kids (Little Dragons), grown-ups, total beginners, or athletes chasing medals - sabko jagah hai mere paas (everyone’s welcome here). My kids martial arts classes build confidence and discipline early. Adults get fitness, self-defense, and mental discipline in martial arts. Competitors get the real deal prep for championships.
This isn’t easy, and honestly, not for everyone. But if you’re ready to change, I’m ready to coach. Jai Bharath.

My Story
Most days, you’ll catch me in my training shoes – fitness is my everyday. I’ve stood on world stages, waving our flag, feeling goosebumps every time. Awards like All India Women Achievers look shiny, but it’s my family, my backbone, who see the sweat and grit behind it. My husband’s the beast pushing me, my son’s growing up on the same path. Trekking hills, Shaolin Temple – I’m always learning, always moving. Jai Bharath!
