About Additional Shots
I don't cook for the masses, I cook for homes. Each packet you see here is made to order in small batches using fresh sunflower oil and hand-blended, unrefined spices. Because I do not use any preservatives, I recommend consuming them within their optimal shelf life to enjoy that specific, home-cooked snap that gets lost in store-bought packets.
What You'll Find in My Kitchen
My snacks are a direct reflection of the South Indian kitchen I grew up in. Nothing is mass-produced. When you order, I am the one mixing the dough, frying the murukku, and packing the boxes right here in Bangalore.
The Murukku Collection: This is the heart of my kitchen. Whether you prefer the classic rice flour spiral, the pungent bite of garlic, or the lighter texture of ribbon and ompudi (ajwain-scented sev), every piece is fried until golden. I use fresh garlic paste and hing for that authentic, lingering aroma.
Mixtures & Munchies: These are my go-to for evening chai. My Corn Mixture and Special Poha Mixture are packed with roasted peanuts, cashews, and raisins, providing a balance of sweet, salty, and spicy in every handful. They aren't just snacks; they are staples for when guests drop in unexpectedly.
Guilt-Free Roasting: For those wanting something lighter, I offer roasted makhana and gourmet peanuts. These are slow-roasted rather than fried, ensuring you get the crunch without the excess oil. They make for perfect workday nibbles.
Festive & Gifting: I regularly prepare hampers for Diwali, weddings, and celebrations. These include my traditional jaggery peanut chikki, which snaps clean and won't stick to your teeth, alongside my savory selections. If you need a custom box for an event or a thoughtful gift, just send me a message and we can put it together.
