Nothing beats a classic evening snack like my Garam Garam Samosas. These are filled with a savory potato and pea mixture, fried to a perfect golden crisp, and served hot, making them the perfect companion for your tea.
For a lighter option, try my fresh and crispy vegetable cutlets. They are packed with finely chopped vegetables and mild spices, making for a healthy and delicious bite.

Evening tea is more than just a break. It is a moment of calm, and for many of us from Eastern India, it is incomplete without the familiar crunch of Mudhi (puffed rice) or the spice of a perfectly fried Aloo Chop. My kitchen in Koramangala is dedicated to recreating these memories for the community here in Bangalore.

- Hot Snacks: I make traditional Samosas and vegetable cutlets fresh in limited batches. These are best enjoyed warm with my signature tamarind and mint chutneys.
- Dry Savories: Perfect for stocking your pantry, these are traditional staples. You will find Mudhi, crispy Sev, and various mixtures like Chuda Mixture and Spicy Mixture. These are shelf-stable and great for sudden guests or daily munching.

How It Works
Everything is prepared with minimal processing. Because I do not use mass-production techniques or excessive preservatives, my inventory moves quickly. If you are local to Koramangala, you are welcome to visit and pick up your items. For those further away, I deliver across Bangalore. To ensure you get your snacks while they are at their freshest, pre-booking is appreciated, especially for weekend orders or large quantities.
