About this collection
When you order a mixture, it is not coming from a factory warehouse. I roast the peanuts, poha, and cornflakes in small, fresh batches right here in my kitchen, then toss them with hand-picked, fried curry leaves and my own spice blend while they are still warm to lock in the crunch.
My savory mixtures are all about texture and the right balance of heat. Whether it is the cornflakes base for my Corn Mixture or the nutrient-dense lentils in the Bangalore Mixture, every ingredient serves a purpose. I use sunflower oil, and unlike commercial brands, I do not reuse it, so you never get that heavy, rancid aftertaste.
Why my mixtures are different
- Small-batch craft: I make everything to order in my Bangalore kitchen. This ensures the snacks are fresh, aromatic, and crispy when they reach you.
- Quality ingredients: You will find a high ratio of roasted peanuts and cashews in my Poha Mixture. I source fresh curry leaves daily, and my spice powders are grounded from whole spices, not pre-packaged masalas.
- Dietary honesty: I use zero preservatives, artificial colors, or liquid glucose. My recipes are straightforward and clean.
Perfect pairings
These snacks are designed for life's simple moments. A bowl of Kodbale is the perfect companion for an evening coffee, while the Poha Mixture with its subtle sweetness from raisins and crunch from almonds is a great tea-time snack. If you are hosting, my savory mixes make for an effortless, crowd-pleasing addition to any drinks platter. If you have specific dietary preferences or need a custom mix for a festive hamper, just let me know.
