A glimpse into my world of movement. From explosive sprints at Kanteerava Stadium to heavy lifting at Athletes Revolution, this is how we build the foundation to fly.

This is where it all begins. The focus, the tension, the explosive potential held in a single moment before the race. We drill this starting form relentlessly to ensure every sprint begins with maximum power.

The long jump is a perfect blend of speed and explosive power. Here, I demonstrate the flight phase, a critical moment where technique determines distance. We train for this peak performance at the Kanteerava Stadium sand pit.

This is me competing in the 100m finals at the South Asian Masters Athletics Championship. I don't just coach; I live the competitive spirit, constantly testing my own limits to better guide my athletes.

Power is forged in the gym. Here at Athletes Revolution, we use Olympic barbell training to build the foundational strength needed for sprinting and jumping, focusing on compound movements that engage the entire body.

Training starts young, and it should be challenging yet fun. Here, we're working on foot strength and stability with animal flow drills in the sand pit, a fantastic way for kids to build a strong athletic base.

A strong core is the center of an athlete's power. I guide my group through core strength exercises on the track, ensuring everyone, from beginners to seasoned runners, builds the stability needed for efficient movement.

Quick feet are essential for any sprinter. We use speed ladder drills indoors to improve agility, coordination, and footwork, which translates directly to faster times on the track.

We use every part of the stadium for training. Stair workouts are a brutal but effective way to build leg power, endurance, and mental grit, pushing athletes to conquer every step.

This isn't just about showing up; it is about precision. Whether we are drilling block starts on the synthetic track at Kanteerava or building posterior chain power in Kammanahalli, I break down the biomechanics of every movement so you understand exactly what your body is doing and why.
