This is the first look into my world of athletics. It’s a showcase of the discipline, power, and variety that defines our training, from explosive sprints on the track to strength building in the gym. Each visual represents a core part of my coaching philosophy: pushing limits to achieve what seems impossible.
On the Track: Sprinting & Speed Drills
This is where we build raw speed. We focus on explosive starts, correct running form, and race-specific interval training for 100m, 200m, and 400m events on the synthetic tracks at Kanteerava Stadium. Every session is about showing up with grit.
Indoor Strength & Power Training
At my gym, Athletes Revolution, we build the power that fuels speed. Sessions include a mix of Olympic weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics like box jumps, and specialized drills using agility ladders and TRX bands to forge complete athletes.
Long Jump: Mastering the Flight
We provide complete long jump coaching on a real runway and sand pit. Training covers every phase of the jump, from perfecting the run-up and explosive takeoff to ensuring a safe and effective landing at the Kanteerava Stadium.
Endurance & Agility Development
Speed is nothing without stamina. We build endurance through varied workouts including challenging stair climbs for power, trail runs in places like Avalahalli forest for stamina, and sand pit drills to build strength from the ground up.
Coaching the Next Generation
I am passionate about coaching kids from the age of six. We make fitness fun while teaching them the core principles of discipline, proper form, and athletic movement through partner exercises, games, and obstacle courses.
Team Achievements & Race Days
We don't just train, we compete. This is a look at our team, Athletes Revolution, participating in various events across namma Bengaluru, from 5k charity runs to ultra marathons, always pushing our limits and supporting each other.
Mobility & Recovery
An athlete's body needs care. We dedicate time to mobility, flexibility, and recovery in every session. This includes dynamic warm-ups, post-workout passive stretching, and foam rolling to prevent injuries, improve range of motion, and ensure longevity in the sport.
