To excel in any sport, you need to be quick on your feet. This agility drill focuses on rapid change of direction and footwork, essential for athletes in cricket, football, and basketball to outmaneuver opponents.
We build explosive power from the ground up. Here, I'm guiding a client through a high box jump, a core plyometric exercise that develops the force and confidence needed to perform at a higher level.
Perfecting form is everything. I'm providing real-time feedback on a front squat, a crucial lift for building leg strength and a stable receiving position for the clean. Every repetition is a chance to refine the technique. Shabash man.

I make sure your form is tight and your core is stable before we add a single kilogram of weight, so you train hard without risking injury.
My coaching philosophy is simple: being weak is a risk you cannot afford. With a background in MPED and a Master’s in Yoga, I structure your progress to balance high-intensity power with necessary recovery. We do not just do 'reps'; we follow a 4-week progressive overload plan tailored to your specific sport, whether you are a cricketer needing rotational power or a basketball player focused on vertical jump height.
The Technical Edge
I break down complex movements like the snatch and the clean and jerk into manageable steps. We use real-time video feedback to ensure your spine remains neutral and your elbows are aligned. Safety is not an afterthought; I am a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) provider through the American Heart Association. You train in a secure, professional environment where form is the priority.
Where We Train
I am based at Fitness First Platinum in Dwarka, but I also bring the gym to you. If you are in Delhi NCR, I travel to your location with portable gear—agility cones, resistance bands, and TRX—to set up a high-quality session in your home, garden, or society gym.
Mind and Body Balance
'Prem to us amrit ka pey hai' (Love is that nectar). Fitness is just as much about the mind as the muscle. Every session includes a cool-down with assisted stretching and yoga postures. You leave the session physically exhausted but mentally clear. Shabash man, let us get to work.
