Sprinting & Speed Drills at Kanteerava Stadium
We don't just run here. We build explosive speed, refine your form, and train with the discipline it takes to shave seconds off your personal best.
Coaching the next generation of sprinters is my passion. Here, young athletes practice their starts and acceleration, learning the fundamentals of speed and endurance in a competitive but supportive environment.
We train with purpose. This session focuses on 150-meter strides, a key workout for improving speed endurance and maintaining form when fatigued. It's about teaching the body to run fast, even when it's tired.
The moment of explosion from a crouched start. We break down every phase of the sprint, from the initial push to the final stride, to shave off precious milliseconds and build a powerful, efficient running technique.
Running strides with the team on the synthetic track. This isn't just about individual speed; it's about pushing each other to maintain pace and form, creating a competitive and motivating training atmosphere.
The Kanteerava Stadium track is our proving ground. This is where we put in the hard work, running drills and intervals under the open sky, building the dedication required to succeed.
A typical track session involves a mix of drills. Here, we're combining 100-meter strides with obstacle work to challenge coordination and power, ensuring our athletes are well rounded and prepared for anything.
There's a certain fire needed to be an athlete. We channel that into every practice, whether it's running drills or perfecting form, because we know that dreams don't work unless you do.
About this collection
When you join us at Kanteerava Stadium, remember that the venue entry pass is a separate fee of 200 to 500 rupees paid directly to the authorities, not included in our training packages. This is a real-world track, and our sessions are intense—expect a 90-minute mix of speed ladders, block starts, and running mechanics designed to make you faster.
At Athletes Revolution, we believe that true victory is found in the preparation, not just the race. Whether you are aiming to dominate the 100m sprint or building endurance for the 400m, our training on the synthetic tracks at Kanteerava Stadium is built for results.
Our approach is grounded in technique. We don't just watch you run; we break down your gait, fix your posture, and ensure your explosive start is mechanically sound. Our sessions cover:
- Speed & Power: Using speed ladders and mini-hurdles to improve your foot turnover and explosive power.
- Endurance: High-volume interval training like 400m repeats that push your lactate threshold.
- Technique: Real-time feedback on block starts, arm drive, and finish-line posture.
We train in small, focused groups, which means you get the attention you need to grow. If you are a beginner, we focus on establishing a strong foundation. If you are an athlete, we focus on your event-specific periodization. We also incorporate sand pit drills for ankle stability and core strength, ensuring that your body is conditioned for the stress of sprinting.
Being a part of this squad means showing up with grit. We train in the morning, taking advantage of the quiet hours at the stadium to get maximum work done. Nammabengaluroo offers us some great spaces to train, but Kanteerava remains our home turf for track work. If you have the will to win, we will provide the system to get you there.
