MMA & Combat Conditioning in Delhi
Forget the fancy machines and AC rooms. If you want to build a fighter's physique and stamina, you need to train on the ground, with raw strength and real technique.
Success is not built overnight. This video shows the relentless effort my students put in during an indoor session, with synchronized core exercises and push-ups that build the stamina needed to outlast any opponent.
A strong core is the center of a fighter's power. Here, a student performs intense assisted leg raises, a partner drill designed to build exceptional abdominal strength and stability for striking and grappling.
Technique is everything. This student is practicing his shadowboxing form inside our academy, focusing on footwork, head movement, and punch combinations. This is where we refine the art of combat.
Repetition builds mastery. I continue to drill fundamental boxing combinations with one of my youngest students in an outdoor setting. Consistent pad work like this develops power, accuracy, and confidence.
Our training is a hybrid of different methods. This video shows a mix of outdoor warm-ups, lunges with a tire barbell for strength, and indoor dumbbell work for targeted muscle development.
About Forging Fighters: Combat & Core Conditioning
You won't find shortcuts here. We train on natural dirt, using tractor tires and sledgehammers to build functional power that actually holds up in the ring. It is not about looking good for the mirror; it is about building the core strength, explosive endurance, and technique to outlast any opponent. Expect sweat, soil, and real combat drills.
Our training isn't for people who want to spend their hour scrolling on a phone. When you step into the King Panther Academy, you are here to work. Whether you are prepping for a state-level MMA bout or just want to build combat-ready fitness, my methods focus on reality.
We use a mix of modern combat techniques and old-school strength conditioning. My students spend as much time with tires and ropes as they do with pads. Why this approach? Because a fight isn't fought in a climate-controlled room. We train outdoors in the open, on the ground, and in the gym to ensure your conditioning doesn't fail when the heat turns up.
What to expect:
- Combat Conditioning: We focus on the core. Assisted leg raises, shadowboxing with precision, and partner drills that build the stamina to strike and grapple without burning out.
- Raw Strength: Sledgehammer drills, tractor tire flips, and manual work build the kind of 'farm strength' that translates directly to the cage.
- Discipline: No shortcuts. No easy days. We focus on technique first, then power.
If you want to be a champion, you have to be willing to do the work that others avoid. My students have brought home medals from Delhi State, SFL, and Khelo India because they show up ready to bleed for their goals. If you are serious, come prepared.
