Raw Desi Strength & MMA Training
No AC, no shiny machines. We train on dirt and open roads to build the kind of endurance and explosive power you won't find in a standard gym.
This is what I mean by getting your hands dirty. Here, one of my dedicated female students builds true grit and functional strength by digging a training pit with a hoe. This kind of old-school endurance workout forges a body and mind that refuses to quit.
Strength isn't about fancy equipment. This young fighter is performing deadlifts with a DIY barbell made from old tires, building raw, explosive power. We believe in 'No pain, no gain', and this is how we prove it every day.
We turn the city into our training ground. This is our group doing agility and conditioning drills on an open highway, pushing their limits beyond the four walls of a gym. This is how we build stamina and mental toughness together.
It all starts with the right foundation. I work one-on-one with students of all ages, like this young boy learning boxing fundamentals through pad work. My focus is on teaching discipline, technique, and the spirit of a fighter from day one.
This is the result of all the struggle and sweat. One of my fighters, Kantharaj Agasa, having his hand raised in victory after a dominant performance in the Super Fight League. My training prepares you for the ultimate test in the ring.
A glimpse into a typical group session at my academy. We combine different training styles, from synchronized core exercises on mats and outdoor tire workouts to practical sparring drills. This variety ensures a complete, full-body conditioning experience.
People call me Coach, and this is my philosophy. I believe a life of purpose is built through struggle and achievement, not a simple 9-to-5 routine. Through martial arts, we do something for ourselves, our family, and our country.

Forget standard weight benches and air-conditioned rooms. We work with what builds real power: tractor tires, sledgehammers, and uneven ground. Whether you are prepping for a combat sport or just tired of regular fitness routines, you will be digging pits and flipping heavy tires to build functional strength that actually lasts.
We operate out of King Panther Martial Arts Academy in Baprola, Delhi, where the training is as real as it gets. My philosophy is simple: you cannot build a fighter or a strong athlete in a comfort zone. The sessions here are designed for people who are serious about their goals, whether that is competing in the Super Fight League or simply reclaiming their physical fitness.
My group sessions are limited to small cohorts, ensuring I can track your form whether you are handling heavy resistance tires or completing our 5km highway runs. We do not just lift weights; we use DIY car-rim barbells and shovel drills that force your body to adapt to resistance. If you are joining for 1-on-1 coaching, I personally oversee your progress with custom diet charts that include traditional foods like ghee and milk to fuel your recovery. This is not just about weight loss; it is about building a spirit that does not break when the work gets hard.
