When you order a handcrafted wooden sculpture, the journey from our workshop in Thammampatty to your home is something we plan meticulously. For smaller idols, we use multi-layer foam wrapping inside heavy-duty corrugated boxes, while our large-scale statues and intricate wall panels are bolted into custom-built wooden crates with internal bracing and shock-absorption layers to ensure they remain perfectly intact throughout international or domestic transit.

Our packing process is designed to protect both the wood and the fine details of our work, such as delicate fingers, jewelry, or flute placements. We understand that these pieces hold spiritual and aesthetic value, so we treat every shipment as a high-priority delivery.

Our Shipping Standards

• Small-scale items: Accents, brackets, and small idols are wrapped in multi-layer foam and placed in reinforced corrugated boxes to prevent surface scratches.
• Mid-to-large statues: For sculptures between 2ft and 3.5ft, we use chemically treated wood and extra cushioning to support 3D relief features.
• Masterpieces and Jali work: Items 4ft and taller are bolted inside custom-made wooden crates. We use internal bracing to keep the structure stable, ensuring that protruding elements like arches or flutes do not shift during transport.
