Daily Hatha Yoga & Meditation
Class Structure
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days per week) with 60 minute sessions.
- Curriculum: Traditional Hatha Yoga blended with Sadhana, covering Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and Dhyana (meditation).
- Timings: Morning batches available at 07:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Studio & Equipment
- Infrastructure: Air conditioned hall with wooden laminate flooring for temperature control during floor exercises.
- Props: Community yoga mats, blocks, and straps are provided for use.
- Instruction: Focus on manual posture correction and alignment by mentors in a community centric setting.
Zumba & Step Aerobics Cardio
Workout Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days per week) with 60 minute sessions.
- Format: A calorie burning mix of high tempo Zumba dance routines and technical Step Aerobics.
- Timings: Multiple slots available in the Morning (08:00 AM, 09:00 AM) and Evening (07:00 PM, 08:00 PM).
Facility & Gear
- Equipment: Adjustable aerobic steppers (risers) are provided for all participants.
- Ambience: High energy environment with a loud sound system playing Bollywood/Pop tracks and full length wall mirrors for form check.
- Flooring: Air conditioned studio with wooden flooring to provide better shock absorption for knees during jumping movements.

Yoga for Inner Balance & Calm
If you're looking to settle your mind and body, our yoga for inner balance is a good place to start. It’s not just poses - we get into focus, agility, and that peaceful feeling. Sometimes we pair up, sometimes it’s solo, but there’s always a vibe of community. Stress relief is real, but don’t expect instant magic. Some days will be tough, but sticking with it pays off.
Zumba & Aerobics: Group Energy
Want something loud and lively? Our group aerobics sessions and Zumba are all about fun and movement. You get to dance, sweat, and let go of stress. There’s zero need for experience - just show up and join the party. If you ever feel awkward at first, trust me, that fades fast.
Who Joins Us
We welcome adults of all backgrounds. Women’s fitness community vibes are strong here - we make sure everyone feels at ease. Kids find their groove in our kids summer fitness camp. Our gurus guide you, and classes run weekdays, morning and evening.

My Story
We’re Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kendra, right here in Ramesh Nagar, Delhi. Our place is buzzing with music, dance, and a lot of togetherness. We’re not just a bunch of classes, we’re a family - from tiny tots tapping their feet to grown-ups belting out old tunes. Diwali, Dandiya nights, Independence Day… we go all out! Our mantra - ‘Yoga purifies body, truth purifies soul’ - it’s what we live by, mixing sangeet and kala to spread joy.
