We believe fitness is a form of sadhana, or spiritual practice, that connects us. Here, our adult yoga class forms a circle of shared energy, demonstrating a gentle flow exercise that builds community and strength for all ages.

Our kids' fitness classes are all about joyful movement. An instructor leads a group of enthusiastic children in an energetic dance routine during our summer camp, making exercise feel like a party.

You will notice our studio has wooden laminate flooring, which is specifically chosen to provide shock absorption for your knees during jumping movements in Zumba or aerobics. We keep our groups small enough so our gurus can guide you on posture and alignment, whether you are trying a complex yoga asana or a high-tempo dance step.

Our fitness philosophy is simple. We blend discipline with joy in a space that feels like a family.

Hatha Yoga

Our morning sessions at 07:00 AM and 10:00 AM focus on Hatha Yoga and meditation. We provide mats and blocks for every student, so you only need to bring your focus. The environment is climate-controlled, helping you stay comfortable while you practice pranayama and asanas.

Zumba & Aerobics

If you prefer cardio, our Zumba and step aerobics sessions run in the evenings. We provide the aerobic risers. It is loud, high energy, and we play Bollywood and pop tracks to keep the tempo up. You do not need experience to join. The mirrors are there for you to check your form, not to judge your performance.

The Kendra Atmosphere

We are a family, not a gym. You will see kids from our summer camp, adults in yoga, and music students all sharing the same space. It keeps the energy light and consistent. Whether you join for the stress relief of yoga or the calorie burn of Zumba, you are part of a larger community here in Ramesh Nagar.
