About Yoga for Adults: Balance & Community
Our studio in Ramesh Nagar creates a space where yoga moves beyond just physical exercise. We focus on consistent Hatha Yoga practice—incorporating Asanas, Pranayama, and Dhyana—to help you build both flexibility and focus. Since we run these as small group sessions Monday through Friday, you get the benefit of a supportive community that keeps you motivated to show up for your practice.

What Happens in Class
We keep our sessions practical and accessible. Each 60-minute class, held from Monday to Friday, covers a balanced mix of:

- Dhyana (Meditation): Creating mental space and focus.
The Studio Environment
We know that environment matters. Our Ramesh Nagar studio is fully air-conditioned with wooden flooring, providing a comfortable space regardless of the Delhi weather. We provide all the basics, including community yoga mats, blocks, and straps, so you do not need to worry about bringing your own equipment.
