If you are tired of generic gym workouts and want real results, you are at the right place. I provide 1-on-1 training to sharpen your fighting skills, fix your form, and build a fighter's mindset.

In my personal training sessions, I teach you the science of fighting. Here, I demonstrate how to properly slip an opponent's jab and return with a powerful cross counter.

This is the highest level of personal training. I'm working the pads with a national champion, pushing his speed, reaction time, and punching combinations to the absolute limit.

A one-on-one pad work session in action. I guide the fighter through different combinations, correcting his form and pushing his cardio. This is the fastest way to improve.

I also offer personal training for our tiny champions. Here, I'm working with two young fighters on their basic punches and defensive stance using focus mitts.

About Personal Training & Technique

Most gyms just give you a heavy bag and walk away. In these 1-on-1 sessions, I am right there holding pads for you for the full 60 minutes. We break down your stance, fix your footwork, and drill your combinations until your muscle memory takes over. This is not just a workout, it is a technical upgrade.

Why 1-on-1 Training Matters

You cannot learn the science of fighting by watching videos online. You need real-time eyes on your movement to catch the mistakes you do not even know you are making. Whether you are a total beginner who needs to learn how to stand, or an athlete prepping for a fight, my personal training sessions remove the fluff and focus purely on your progress.

What You Will Actually Do

  • Precision Pad Work: This is the core of our session. I use focus mitts to sharpen your accuracy, reaction time, and punching power. You will learn to hit with purpose, not just flail at a bag.
  • Technique Correction: We analyze your stance, guard, and punch delivery. If your balance is off, your power is zero. I fix those leaks immediately.
  • Customized Conditioning: We do not just do cardio for the sake of it. We build explosive speed and endurance using the same drills that national-level boxers use.
  • Diet & Goal Tracking: You get a basic high-protein diet suggestion and a roadmap for your goals, whether you are here for weight loss, strength, or self-defense.
