Footwork is the foundation of every great boxer. Here, a fighter is using a balance board to improve his stability, coordination, and movement. These are the details that win fights.
We are always working on the basics. This video shows fighters practicing their jabs and crosses on different types of heavy bags, including a standard bag and an uppercut bag.
The real work is done in the dark to shine in the light. This is a fighter practicing his shadow boxing alone, perfecting his form when no one is watching. That is true dedication.

About Mastering the Craft: Drills & Basics
Don't come here looking for AC or shiny treadmills. We train in a basement with standard EVA foam mats and heavy bags, because that is where the real work happens. If you want to learn proper stance, footwork, and clean punch mechanics, you are in the right place, but bring your own towels and grit.
Why We Don't Do 'Fancy'

The Art of the Basics
Everything starts with your feet. You can have the power of a tank, but if your footwork is sloppy, you'll get tagged every time. In these sessions, we drill the boring stuff until it becomes instinct:
- Stance & Balance: Staying centered so you can explode into your punches.
- Shadow Boxing: Perfecting your form in the mirror before you ever touch a bag.
- Heavy Bag Work: Learning how to transfer energy from the ground, through your core, and into the target.
What You Actually Get
We keep it real. Our basement facility in Delhi is built for work. You will be training on 25mm EVA interlocking foam mats. You will be using shared heavy bags, including our standard and uppercut bags. Our coaches are active fighters, not gym instructors—they will correct your form until it is right.
