Designing homes is personal for me. I want your space to feel like you the moment you walk in - not just another pretty house. I trust my instincts and get to know what matters to you, so everything fits your life and not just the latest trend. Sometimes, I’ll even sketch right on your walls to help you see the vision before we build.
How We Make It Happen
- We start with a real conversation and lots of quick sketches (I can’t help myself).
- I’m always at your site, laying out ideas at full scale so you know exactly what’s coming.
- Then comes the nerdy part - detailed AutoCAD planning for things like storage, electrical points, and functional kitchen layouts.
- My own team of contractors brings everything to life, so there are no surprises.

- Living rooms with drama - statement lights, textured walls, even a sneaky bar if you want.
- Kitchens that are bright and scream “spotless” at a glance.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sonal. SBID is my baby, born outta pure love for design and wanting to shake things up in Mumbai. Been at it for 25 years, sketching, singing, surviving. Lost my dad this year, so life hit hard, but work is where I heal. Christmas is my jam, family glues me together. I barely get to do my own home, but making spaces that feel like stories – that’s my real therapy.
