Signature Single Room Renovation
Design & Consultation
2D layout options maximizing space and Vastu compliant furniture placement. Includes high quality 3D renders to visualize colors and textures before execution.
Bespoke Furniture
Queen or King size bed frame with a designer upholstered headboard using suede or velvet fabrics. Includes a floor to ceiling wardrobe (up to 8ft) with premium laminate or semi matt PU finish. Floating bedside tables and a minimalist TV console are included.
Decor & Styling
Installation of Gypsum false ceiling with ambient cove lights, reading lights, and accent spots. Soft furnishings include layered window treatments (sheer + drapes), a coordinate rug, and throw cushions. Walls finished with premium luster paint and one accent wall feature.
Project Management
End to end supervision of carpenters, electricians, and painters with a strict 4 to 6 week timeline.
Premium Turnkey Home Interiors
Civil & Surface Finishes
Installation of Italian Marble or large format slabs in living areas and premium wooden laminate or tiles in bedrooms. Complete bathroom overhaul including waterproofing, anti skid tiling, and installation of premium sanitary ware. Full home gypsum false ceiling with shadow channels.
Woodwork & Kitchen
Fully modular kitchen with Acrylic or PU coated shutters, Quartz countertop, and soft close international hardware like Hettich or Blum. Floor to ceiling wardrobes in all bedrooms using high end Laminate or Veneer with PU polish.
Custom Joinery
On site fabrication of beds, TV units, shoe consoles, and vanity counters using Marine Ply. Uses branded wood coatings like ICA Pidilite and decorative veneers.
Execution & Services
Includes complete electrical rewiring, plumbing piping changes, gas piping, and debris removal. Final handover includes post renovation deep cleaning and styling assistance for decor placement.
