How We Shape Spaces
- We carve out spaces that flow, with winding stairs, arches, and corridors that make moving around feel interesting. Every area is thought out - spots for gatherings, nooks for peace.
- Materials matter. We lean towards natural material interiors like warm teak, timeless marble, and tactile finishes like Kada plaster and microconcrete. These age well and bring texture you want to touch.
- Details are our thing - custom architectural details, brass hardware, intricate flooring. We don’t overlook the small stuff.
- Light isn’t just something you turn on. We play with circular skylights, big verandahs, and sculptural lighting design to change how spaces feel from morning to night.
- For final touches, we curate art and furnishings so everything fits together - rugs, furniture, décor, all chosen to match the architecture and vibe.

My Story
We’re Architecture BRIO, split between Mumbai and Rotterdam, but really, we’re just a bunch of folks who like mixing things up. Shefali and Robert lead us, but everyone’s got their hands dirty—sketches, models, arguing over materials. We’re not into flashy stuff. More about quiet, slow living, making spaces that talk to their environment. If a family’s bird-watching in a garden we made, that’s a win. We want homes that feel like sanctuaries, not showrooms.
