End-to-End Home Interiors
Scope of Work
- Design & Planning: Includes 2D furniture layouts and 3D visualization to finalize aesthetics before work begins.
- Civil & Flooring: Removal of old flooring, waterproofing, and installation of large-format GVT tiles (4x2 or 6x4 ft).
- False Ceiling & Lighting: Saint-Gobain/Gyproc gypsum board ceiling with peripheral cove and island designs. Includes shifting electrical points and installing LED profile lights and COB spots.
- Wall Treatments: Application of 3 coats of Luster or Plastic Emulsion paint (Asian Paints/Berger) with putty and primer. Feature walls include WPC fluted panels or PVC marble sheets.
Woodwork & Joinery
- Core Materials: Commercial Ply (IS 303/BWR) for dry areas and wardrobe internals; BWP (IS 710) Marine ply for wet areas.
- Surface Finishes: 1mm decorative laminates (Merino/Royal Touch), charcoal louvers, and gold PVD strip accents.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and telescopic channels (Ebco/Godrej or equivalent).
- Furniture Scope: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, floating TV units with back-paneling, vanity units, and study tables.
Project Management
- Execution: Dedicated site supervision.
- Timeline: Estimated delivery between 60 to 90 days.
Modular Kitchen Renovation
Cabinetry & Structure
- Carcass Material: 100% Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Marine Plywood (IS 710 Grade) with white laminate internal lining.
- Shutter Finishes: Options include High-Gloss Laminates with edge banding or Premium Anti-Scratch Acrylic/PU finishes.
- Handle Style: Choice of standard handles or Gola profile aluminum concealed handles for a seamless look.
Hardware & Countertop
- Storage Accessories: SS 304 Grade corrosion-resistant wire baskets (Cutlery, Cup & Saucer, Thali, Bottle Pullout).
- Mechanisms: Soft-close hinges and hydraulic gas pumps for overhead units. Drawers utilize Slim line tandem boxes or Quadra channels.
- Countertop: Installation of Jet Black/Telangana Granite or Premium Quartz surfaces.
- Tall Units: Provisions for pantry units or built-in appliances based on space availability.
3D Design & Consultation Only
