Your living and dining areas are where life happens, so let's make them the heart of your home. Whether you are planning for grand entertainment or quiet family dinners, I design spaces that flow, surprise, and feel authentic to your lifestyle.

This 10,000 sq ft penthouse living room was designed to complement, not compete with, the stunning sea view. I used a muted palette, fragmented coffee tables, and foil wall coverings that catch the sunlight, creating a space that feels open, bold, and deeply connected to the waves outside.

In this living space, the color palette began with a bold black and white marble floor. I carried an emerald green from the foyer onto the furniture, including a sofa upholstered in Sabyasachi fabric, to create a cohesive and luxurious feel that’s always ready for a party.

This dining room is all about understated opulence. The 12-seater table with a mirrored top, a chandelier with 250 crystals, and custom embroidered chairs create a grand setting. The silver foil wallpaper was chosen specifically to absorb the evening light, giving a soothing, not loud, glow.

A cozy lounging corner featuring a tan leather chaise against a military green accent wall. This shows how I use color blocking and luxurious textures to create intimate, relaxing zones within a larger living area.

The main seating area is oriented towards the balcony to maximize the incredible city view. A grand crystal chandelier anchors the space, while the white marble window jamb creates a seamless transition to the outdoors.

This living room was designed around the client's "red show stopper" bull painting. I used a monochrome palette of greys, blacks, and whites to make the art pop, proving that a home's design can be built from a single piece you love.

A view of the living and dining areas, showing how I use wall paneling and curated art to create a sophisticated, cohesive look. The layout connects the different zones while allowing each to have its own identity.

This shot highlights the use of layered textures and statement art. The custom wall cubes from White Domus add a sculptural element, while the tan leather sofa brings warmth to the monochrome color scheme.

A six-seater dining table with an unconventional teardrop shape and off-center chandeliers. The fluted wall paneling continues from the living area, visually elongating the space and connecting the dining and lounging zones.

A close-up of the bar area, featuring bold red quilted stools that add a pop of color and glamour. The metallic finish on the bar and the cluster of pendant lights create a chic, festive mood perfect for entertaining.

About Grand Living & Dining Spaces

The secret to a grand living space isn't just expensive furniture; it’s how you handle the transition between zones. I often use fluted sliding doors and floor changes (like shifting from marble to herringbone wood) to keep your dining and lounge areas distinct yet connected. If you have a view or a show-stopper piece like a bold painting, we build the entire room's layout around that, not the other way around.
