More than just a holiday, these retreats are a pause from the usual chaos. Join us in stunning locations like the beaches of Goa, the hills of Meghalaya, or the landscapes of Morocco to reconnect with your breath and body.

A glimpse into Day 1 of our yoga retreat in Assam and Meghalaya. We started our journey by grounding ourselves with practice in the open air, surrounded by the peaceful energy of the green hills. This is what a nature-based yoga getaway feels like.

Our students practicing a variety of asanas, from Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) to the advanced arm balance Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), on the shores of Goa. The beach provides a beautiful and challenging environment to deepen our practice.

A look inside our Morocco yoga camp, focusing on backbends. We use props like ropes and bolsters to safely open the front body, improve posture, and build spinal flexibility. This supportive approach helps everyone explore their limits.

The king of asanas, Sirshasana (Headstand), being practiced at our Morocco camp. We guide students step by step, using the wall and belts for support to build confidence and strength. This inversion improves circulation and relieves stress.

Exploring variations of Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) in Morocco. This pose is fundamental for improving balance and focus. As the quote says, "Yoga is the study of balance," and we explore it through mindful, steady practice.

Day 7 of our Morocco camp, where students work on advanced inversions and stretches using chairs and wall ropes. This shows the journey of progress over the week, culminating in deeper and more challenging expressions of the asanas.

More moments from our Morocco retreat, focusing on deep stretches and backbends to increase flexibility. Here you can see students using props like belts and blocks to get deeper into poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose).

Building core strength with plank variations at the Morocco yoga camp. A strong core is the foundation for almost all asanas. We work on different variations to challenge the muscles and build stability from the inside out.

Students at our Morocco retreat practicing balancing asanas like Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) with the support of chairs. This demonstrates our teaching method, which prioritizes stability and proper alignment to build a strong foundation.

About Yoga Retreats: Journeys of Self-Discovery

We don’t care if you can touch your toes or not. Our retreats are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether we are by the ocean in Goa or in a heritage property in Morocco, we use props like ropes, blocks, and chairs to make every posture accessible. It is not about performing for the camera; it is about finding stability and depth in your own practice.
