About Become a Teacher: Professional Training
Our RYT 200-hour training avoids the trap of chasing 'insta-perfect' poses. Instead, we teach you how to read a student's body—whether they are dealing with back pain or stiffness—and use props like blocks, ropes, and chairs to make the practice safe and accessible for everyone. You will learn how to adapt techniques for real people, not just how to perform them.
Your Path to Becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher
Teaching yoga is more than just demonstrating asanas. It is about holding space for others, understanding their limitations, and helping them find balance. At SAY Yoga in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, we offer a hands-on 200-hour Yoga Alliance (USA) certified training program designed to turn your passion into a credible, fulfilling career.
Why Choose Our TTC?
- Deep Technical Understanding: We go beyond the surface. You will dive into anatomy, alignment, and the science of pranayama. We teach you how to modify poses to prevent injury, making you a teacher who is trusted by students of all ages.
- Practical Mentorship: You learn directly from experienced trainers like Chandru Sir. This is not a lecture-heavy course; it is an immersive experience where you learn to observe, correct, and communicate effectively.
- Ancient Meets Modern: We blend traditional philosophy with modern needs. You will learn how to address common issues like stress, sedentary lifestyles, and back pain using ancient techniques that remain relevant today.
- Flexible Learning: We understand you have a life outside the studio. We offer batches that balance intense learning with your existing commitments.
Whether you are looking to teach full-time, conduct workshops, or deepen your own personal practice, this certification provides the foundation you need. When you join our training, you join a community—the SAY Yoga tribe—that supports your growth long after you receive your certificate. Shanti, shanti, shanti.
