- We listen to the body, not the ego. Sometimes you might think, "ayyō, idu simple posture, naan yaak maadli?" (oh, this is a simple posture, why should I do it?) But simple is powerful.

My Story
Namaste, we’re SAY Yoga. You know, we started out just chasing strength, but yoga turned out to be so much more—balance, focus, a new kind of resilience.
