I don't work with people looking for short-term fixes. My coaching starts with a deep dive into your bloodwork to identify the root cause of your metabolic stalls or recovery issues.   • Hypertrophy Programming: I don't believe in generic splits. I design 6-day routines specifically to target your lagging body parts, ensuring the symmetry that judges look for in natural federations.
