A client asks about the right shoes or headphones for the gym. My answer is simple: forget the brands. Focus on discipline, dedication, and hard work. After a few months of real effort, you will become your own brand.

I often get asked about functional training versus bodybuilding. In this video, I explain the difference. Plyometrics are for survival and daily life, like jumping over a puddle. Weight training is for building muscle. Know your goal and train for it.

1. Stop Chasing Symptoms Most people come to me with health issues like diabetes or inflammation and think a pill is the answer. It isn't. We don't chase symptoms. We look at the root cause. Whether it is through bloodwork analysis or looking at your lifestyle, we address the foundation, not the surface.

2. No-Nonsense Training Forget treadmills for fat loss and forget fancy gear. True 'mehnat' (hard work) happens when you focus on the lift, the form, and the intensity. My 'Leg Day Slaughter' isn't famous because it's fun; it's famous because it forces you to build muscle the right way—naturally.

3. Natural Growth Only I am a firm believer in natural bodybuilding. You have the right to make informed choices about your body, but you don't need shortcuts to be great. My prep protocols, whether online or in-studio, are built on clean, science-backed nutrition and functional medicine, never steroids.

4. Discipline Over Motivation Motivation gets you to start, but discipline keeps you going when the prep gets lonely and the hunger sets in. My job is to be the 'dad' of this process—to get you started and push you to maintain that marriage between your ambition and your output. If you want to achieve something different, you have to do something different. Aap alag ho (You are different). Start training like it.
