Posing is a skill that displays your physique at its best. Here, a client practices a series of back poses, including the lat spread and double biceps, in a gymnastics facility to prepare for competition.
More practice on bodybuilding poses. Consistent posing practice is crucial for muscle control and stage presence, helping to highlight every detail of your progress.

A classic front double biceps pose in the gym. This is a fundamental pose for any bodybuilder, showcasing arm size, chest fullness, and shoulder width.

You have been training hard, but do you know how to show it? Many people lift heavy but fall apart on stage because they lack the control to hold a pose. In my sessions, we fix that. Whether it is a lat spread or a double biceps, I train you to maintain peak muscle tension without shaking, turning your hard work into a display that catches the eye.
Bodybuilding is not just about moving weight. It is about understanding your anatomy and learning to flex every muscle on command. When you come to Aerial Zone for our bodybuilding and posing coaching, we start with your foundation. We use compound lifts to build the muscle, but we add gymnastics-based mobility work to ensure your frame looks aesthetic and proportional.
Most coaches will help you lift, but few will teach you the art of presentation. We dedicate specific time to practicing your transitions and holding poses. If you want to compete, you need to be comfortable under the lights. I teach you to manage your breathing and your heart rate so you remain calm even when your muscles are screaming.
