My physique is my resume. Here is a look at the real mehnat (hard work) that goes into building and maintaining a competitive natural body at 45, from high intensity sessions to perfecting form.

In the gym, surrounded by darkness. This is where the work is done, away from the spotlight. At 43, I set new goals every year and ensure I achieve them, proving that age is just a number when you have discipline.

This is a glimpse into my own training. The video shows chest dips for lower pec development and tricep pushdowns to build size and definition. Every workout is a battle won against complacency.

A strong back is the foundation of a powerful physique. This shot shows the result of countless pull-ups and rows, focusing on the mind-muscle connection to build width and thickness across the lats and traps.

This is what I mean when I say I have a license for these "guns." This video demonstrates tricep pushdowns with a focus on full extension and squeezing at the bottom to carve out detail in the muscle.

The incline dumbbell curl is a fundamental exercise for building the bicep peak. I focus on a deep stretch at the bottom and a full contraction at the top, controlling the weight throughout the entire movement.

The cable crossover is an excellent finishing exercise for chest day. I use it to get a deep stretch and a powerful squeeze in the inner pecs, ensuring full muscle fiber recruitment for maximum growth.

Here I demonstrate a triceps finisher using the cable machine. I focus on high repetitions with perfect form to pump blood into the muscle, which is crucial for growth and achieving that shredded look.

Cable hyperextensions are a key exercise for strengthening the lower back, which is vital for injury prevention and supporting heavy lifts. I integrate these to build stability and endurance in the entire posterior chain.

Holding a sledgehammer in my studio. This represents the raw, unglamorous work required to build a championship-level body. It's not just about lifting weights; it's about having a warrior mindset.

A moment in the gym with my best training partner. This physique at 45 is built on consistency, a precise nutrition plan from The FITT Café, and the guidance of my own coach.

About The Grind: Training & Discipline

Forget the fancy gym gear and treadmills. When I train, it is about one thing: moving weight with precision to force muscle adaptation. Whether I am hitting chest dips for lower pec development or focusing on the full extension in tricep pushdowns, the goal is always time under tension and perfect muscle isolation. We do not chase empty numbers; we chase the right stimulus to force growth. This is the raw work, no distractions, that transforms a casual gym-goer into an athlete.
