Expect a workout that keeps your heart rate up while forcing you to stay totally focused on your form.

How We Approach Group Pilates

At Stretch N Sweat, we don't believe in slogging through a routine. Our group sessions are designed to be dynamic and intelligent. Whether we are using the reformer to build resistance or the Pilates chair to target balance, the goal is always the same: getting you to move better.

The Reformer Difference Most gyms focus on cardio or lifting heavy. We focus on control. Using the reformer machines allows us to guide your movement, ensuring your spine is aligned and your core is engaged. Small Batches, Big Focus We keep our batch sizes between 8 to 12 participants. This isn't because we want to be exclusive, but because we need to see you. Our trainers are on the floor, doing hands-on adjustments. If you are doing a lunge on the reformer and your knee is wobbling, we will be right there to fix it so you stay safe and get the most out of the rep.
