Yoga with Props and Aerial Fun in Delhi
Fitness does not have to be boring. At our studio, we use wheels, chairs, ropes, and aerial hammocks to turn every session into a fun, skill-building adventure.
Aerial yoga is a unique experience we offer. Using the silk hammocks, students can explore inversions and backbends with support, making advanced yoga feel weightless and fun.
We love using props in our kids' yoga classes. Here, a young student uses a yoga wheel and chair to deepen his backbend and improve flexibility with my careful guidance.
Props make learning fun and safe. I use chairs to help kids practice handstands and wheels to support them in deep backbends, allowing them to build confidence for advanced poses.
Getting creative with props to master the splits! I use various tools and techniques to help kids achieve their flexibility goals, like this assisted split and wall-supported handstand.
Leg stretching with the help of ropes is a very effective technique. I assist my students to use the ropes for support, allowing them to achieve a deeper stretch and improve their flexibility safely.
Time for a fun stick challenge! This activity is great for improving balance, focus, and agility. It's one of the many ways I mix games into our fitness routines.

Why use props?
It is simple physics. A chair provides a stable base for handstands, a wheel helps you safely open your spine, and ropes allow for deep, assisted stretches that you could never hold on your own. These tools remove the fear of falling and allow you to find alignment much faster.
Aerial Fun
Our aerial yoga sessions with silk hammocks are a hit with our members. You get that feeling of weightlessness, which takes the pressure off your joints while letting you explore inversions safely. It is a completely different kind of workout—fun, exciting, and surprisingly intense.
For Kids and Adults
We design these sessions to be accessible for everyone. For kids, it is about play, balance, and coordination. For adults, it is often about recovery, flexibility, and breaking plateaus in your practice. We keep our batches small (maximum 8 children for group sessions), so you get the attention you need.
Our Approach
I am always there to provide hands-on guidance. You will see me adjusting the rope, spotting the wheel, or helping you get into the hammock. This ensures you are pushing your limits, not your injury threshold. Come by our Meera Bagh studio to try it out.
