Flying high during our kids' summer camp! Aerial yoga is a favorite among the children, helping them build upper body strength and overcome fears in a playful way. The smiles on their faces say it all.
A glimpse into the variety of our summer camp activities. We start with fun warm-ups, move into gymnastics basics like cartwheels, and practice foundational yoga poses. Every day brings a new challenge and a lot of masti.
The sound of laughter and encouragement is the best part of my summer camp. From fun games to partner stretches, every activity is designed to be engaging and build a sense of community among the kids.
Our summer camp is the perfect place for kids to explore advanced yoga. Here, I am safely guiding students through standing splits and other challenging poses, helping them improve their flexibility and balance.
Building core strength and flexibility is a key part of our summer camp. I provide personal guidance to each child as they practice poses like Dhanurasana (bow pose), ensuring they learn with the correct form.
The summer camp at our Sunder Vihar center is in full swing! I love seeing the progress kids make in such a short time, from mastering backbends to giving a confident thumbs up.
Fun and games are central to our summer camp philosophy. Activities like "passing the block" help improve focus and coordination while ensuring the kids are having a complete blast.

About Summer Camp Adventures
I focus on making fitness fun, not a chore. Whether your child is trying their first aerial pose on a hammock or learning the basics of gymnastics, my goal is to keep them moving, confident, and laughing. We use real props, games, and music to ensure they build strength and social skills without realizing they are working out.
My summer camps are designed to get kids excited about movement. We move way beyond simple stretches, incorporating aerial yoga hammocks, gymnastics basics like cartwheels, and partner poses that build teamwork.
Every session is structured to keep children engaged. We might start with a fun obstacle course to improve coordination, followed by aerial fun where they learn to balance and build upper body strength. Safety is my top priority, which is why I keep batches small. This allows me to personally guide each child, whether they are working on backbends, splits, or just gaining confidence on the mat.
It is about building a foundation for life. Alongside the physical activity, we include games that sharpen focus and coordination, like our 'passing the block' drills. For those looking for extra development, I also integrate Brain Gym exercises and Mandala art to help with cognitive synchronization and patience. This isn't just a place to burn energy; it is where kids build a positive relationship with fitness that lasts long after the summer holidays end.
