About The Blueprint: My 15-Year Journey
Mere gym mein fancy lighting nahi milegi, par results zaroor milenge. Hum yahan bodybuilding aur powerlifting ko discipline ke saath mix karte hain—heavy iron, strict form, aur nutrition ka sahi balance. Jab tum mere saath training shuru karoge, toh hum sirf tumhare muscle pe nahi, tumhare mindset aur hard work pe kaam karenge.
15 Saal Ka Experience
Maine bodybuilding aur powerlifting mein 15 saal diye hain. Mr. Asia aur Mr. North India ke stage se lekar gym ke floor tak, maine jo seekha hai, wohi tumhare saath share karta hoon. Ye koi shortcut nahi hai. Yahan aakar tumhe sirf workout nahi, zindagi jeene ka tareeka badalna padega.
MJ Fitness: The Pain Zone
Humara gym Gurgaon ke Sector 9 mein hai. Ye jagah unke liye nahi hai jo bas photo khichwane aate hain. Yahan 'Pain Zone' hai. Tumhe heavy lifts karne honge, deadlifts aur squats mein perfection lana hoga. Hum yahan 6-day hypertrophy splits, peak week strategy, aur nutrition ka pura blueprint follow karte hain.
Coaching Philosophy
