About Building the Physique: Posing & Aesthetics
Don't waste months of hard training by looking lost on stage. In my 45-minute posing sessions, I fix your transitions, tighten your angles, and make sure your muscularity hits the judges at the exact right spot. Whether it is a side triceps shot or a vacuum, we don't move until you look like a pro.
Lifting heavy is only half the battle. If you cannot display the masterpiece you have built, you have already lost.
The Art of the Display
Most guys focus on the mirror check, but stage presence is different. It is about conditioning your nervous system to hold tension while your heart is pounding. I teach you the mandatory poses—from front double biceps to the classic vacuum—so you stop hiding your assets and start highlighting them.
What We Cover in Sessions
- Mandatory Pose Correction: Hands-on adjustment of your angles to maximize muscle visibility and symmetry.
- Transition Flow: Critiquing how you move between poses so the routine looks fluid, not robotic.
- Video Analysis: We record your practice, then break it down frame-by-frame so you see exactly what the judges see.
- Presentation Advice: Tips on tanning, stage confidence, and trunk selection that separate the amateurs from the winners.
Train in the Pain Zone
We operate out of MJ Fitness Club in Sector 9, Gurgaon. This is not a polished, air-conditioned studio where people come to chat. This is where the work gets done. I have stood on stage at Mr. Asia and Mr. North India, and I bring that same intensity to every posing session. You will learn how to breathe, how to flex under fatigue, and how to command the stage. If you are serious about competing, stop practicing in front of your bedroom mirror and come to the floor where we actually train for the win.
