About My Journey: Proof of Natural Transformation

Competing in the Mr. India Men's Physique Championship taught me that a stage-ready physique doesn't come from expensive supplements. It comes from mastering your compound movements, fixing your form on every RDL, and sticking to a diet of dal, paneer, and water. If you want to see changes, you have to be willing to do the boring, repetitive work for months, not weeks.

The Truth About Natural Training

I don't use steroids, and I don't believe in them. Building a natural physique like this requires patience. When you see me in these photos, you are looking at years of deadlifts, squats, and pull-ups. My training philosophy is simple: if your form is bad, your results will be bad. I spend as much time teaching a client how to breathe during a squat as I do spotting them on the bench press.

My 'Desi' Approach to Nutrition

People think they need fancy protein powders or imported ingredients to get ripped. I have achieved my results by keeping it simple. We focus on:

  • Home-cooked meals: Proper quantity control with roti, dal, and paneer.
  • Natural hydration: Water and coconut water are your best friends post-workout.
  • Weekly Audits: We adjust your macros based on how you look in the mirror, not just what a calculator says.

Mindset Over Muscles

Before you can grow your back or chest, you have to grow your mindset. Most people quit when things get uncomfortable. I train you to push past that mental barrier. Whether we are training at a gym in Vasant Vihar or doing functional drills in a park, the goal is the same: to get you strong, injury-free, and consistent. You don't need to be perfect every day, but you do need to show up.
