Yoga goes beyond the mat. I share my journey as a therapist and nutritionist through community workshops, educational outreach, and guided sessions to bring authentic wellness to everyone.
As part of our International Day of Yoga sessions, I conducted an online workshop on hormonal health. Understanding how yoga regulates our body's systems is a key part of my teaching. I am a certified yoga instructor from YCB by the Ministry of Ayush.
I was deeply honored to be invited as the chief guest for the Planet Bloomingdale school's Annual Day celebration. It is always a joy to connect with the community and share the importance of wellness and mindful living with the next generation.
