My heart is full of gratitude for our global San Yoga family. This video is a beautiful compilation of members from all over the world, from Udupi to Houston, sharing their love for the practice. It is a testament to how we can all connect through yoga.
Hearing from my students means the world to me. Here, a wonderful mother-to-be shares her experience just two days before her delivery. She speaks about feeling physically active and mentally calm, which is the exact goal of my prenatal yoga for pregnancy anxiety sessions.

About Our Global Community & Their Stories
It is humbling to watch students from Argentina to Udupi practice together. My focus remains on the 'Swasth Arogya Nilaya' philosophy, meaning I work with your specific limitations or health needs during every class, whether you are in my Yeshwanthpur studio or connecting with us via Zoom.
When we say 'San Yoga is a family,' we mean it. This isn't just about showing up to a class. It is about a collective journey toward health. Whether we are hosting a 108 Surya Namaskar challenge, celebrating festivals, or chanting for causes, our community spirit is the backbone of everything we do.
Why Our Community Works
We believe that wellness shouldn't be lonely. Our members, who range from young professionals to elderly practitioners, often tell us that the sense of belonging is what keeps them coming back. We have seen a 73-year-old student climb 862 steps and others find relief from chronic stress simply by feeling part of a larger group that cares about their progress.

Our approach is highly personal. I use my background in nutrition and yoga therapy to ensure that what we practice serves your actual body. We do not use cookie-cutter routines. Instead, we adapt the session to your needs—be it thyroid management, postnatal recovery, or anxiety relief.
We have bridged the distance between our Bangalore studio and the world. Through our live interactive sessions, you get the same correction, attention, and community warmth as those standing on the mat next to me in Yeshwanthpur.
