You might worry that online classes lack the personal touch, but our live Zoom sessions are designed for real-time interaction. I view every participant on a large monitor at my studio, which allows me to provide verbal posture corrections as if I were standing right there with you. You get the same, rigorous prenatal routine we teach in-studio, including pelvic floor strengthening and Garbha Sanskar breathwork, adjusted for your current trimester and energy levels.

Getting Started
You do not need fancy equipment. A stable internet connection, a quiet corner of your home, and a standard yoga mat are all that is required. If you are ever unsure about a specific movement due to your trimester, just let me know before class, and I will suggest a modification.
