This isn't a gym where you come to chat. It's a dojang where we forge champions. From mastering Poomsae forms to building explosive kicking power, we train until the movement becomes second nature.

This video shows three students practicing synchronized kicking drills. Repetition and coordination are key to mastering the powerful kicks of Taekwondo.

Here, my students are practicing their 'Tuls' or forms (Poomsae). These sequences are fundamental to Taekwondo, building balance, memory, and precision in every movement.

Our training sessions include a variety of drills to build well-rounded athletes. This clip shows students working on agility with ladders before moving to powerful kicking practice.

A typical training session starts with warm-up runs to get the blood flowing, followed by focused pad work to sharpen kicking techniques and power.

We push our students to their limits to help them embrace every challenge. Watch these female athletes practice their kicks with precision and power on the pads.

Practice doesn't make perfect; practice makes progress. Every kick on the pad is a step towards mastering the art of Taekwondo.

Every kick is a step closer to greatness. This drill focuses on developing speed and accuracy as students practice their kicks on a target pad.

Two of my black belt students demonstrate synchronized high kicks. This level of coordination and flexibility is the result of countless hours of dedicated practice.

This montage shows the simple formula for success: Efforts lead to the win. From agility drills to powerful finishing kicks, every step is part of the process.

A student practices his kicks against a pad held by a partner. This drill is crucial for developing power, timing, and the ability to strike a moving target.

About The Grind: Training & Technique

Don't come here expecting a casual workout. Our training is about repetition—drilling kicks and stances until they are etched in your muscle memory. Whether you’re working on your first Poomsae or preparing for district sparring, expect me to push you past what you think is your limit. If you’re ready to trade your excuses for results, step onto the mat.

My Approach: No Excuses

I treat Taekwondo as a tapasya (penance). You won't find fancy equipment or air conditioning in my Bindapur dojang, because champions aren't made in comfort. We work on the mat, sweat, and build resilience. My training programs are designed to strip away the distractions of daily life and force you to focus entirely on your craft.

What We Cover

  • Poomsae (Forms): We practice these sequences until your body moves with precision and memory. It’s not just a dance; it’s a study of balance and control.
  • Sparring & Agility: Using agility ladders, hoops, and protective gear, we simulate the intensity of the ring. You will learn footwork, point scoring, and how to stay calm under pressure.
  • Conditioning: From tire jumps to intensive stretching for those perfect splits, I ensure you have the raw physical capacity to execute every kick.

Choose Your Path

Foundation Batch (3 Days/Week): Best for beginners or those focusing on fitness and the core basics. We keep the group size small (15-25 students) to ensure I can correct your stance and form.

Professional Athlete Program (6 Days/Week): This is for the dedicated. We focus on high-intensity interval training, full-contact Kyorugi (sparring), and preparation for Zonal and District championships. If you want to compete, this is the environment you need.

Regardless of which batch you join, the rule remains: thakna allow nahi (no quitting allowed). If you bring the dedication, I will give you the technique to succeed.

I’m Nandan, but everyone calls me Guru Ji. I don’t run a fitness center; I run an academy where we build character through Taekwondo. My students are my family, and I treat them with the strict, honest care that turns beginners into champions.
