About Corporate Wellness Sessions
You don’t need a studio or mats to shift the energy in your office. As an architect, I view the body as a structure that needs regular maintenance. My sessions are built for the workspace—whether it’s chair-based stretches to release tech-neck or guided Yoga Nidra to reset mental clarity, we work with the reality of your workday, not against it.
Workplace fatigue isn't just about being tired; it's about the friction that builds up between long meetings and screen time. My approach to corporate wellness is rooted in traditional Ashtanga parampara (lineage), adapted for the modern office. I don't believe in forcing yoga into a rigid, 'one-size-fits-all' mold.
Practical Wellness for the Workspace
Whether you are in HSR Layout, Koramangala, Indiranagar, or Electronic City, I bring these practices directly to your team.
- Chair & Desk Yoga: These sessions require zero equipment. We focus on the cervical spine, wrists, and shoulders—the areas most affected by digital work. No special clothing or mats are required, making it easy to integrate into a standard work afternoon.
- Yoga Nidra & Mindfulness: Often, the most productive thing a team can do is stop. My guided relaxation workshops use clinically proven techniques to reduce cortisol levels, helping your team return to their tasks with a sharper, more focused mind.
- Virtual or In-Person: If your team is remote, we utilize live interactive video sessions to guide you through these movements. For Bangalore-based teams, I conduct on-site workshops that include hands-on posture corrections to ensure everyone is moving safely.
My goal is to offer a genuine pause. We move away from the expectation of performance and focus on the necessity of restoration. By incorporating breathwork and movement, we aren't just checking a box on an employee wellness program—we are building a more resilient, calm, and present workplace culture.
