Corporate Wellness Sessions
I offer practical yoga and mindfulness sessions designed for the workplace, available both online and in-person in Bengaluru. These include simple chair yoga stretches to relieve desk-related strain and guided relaxation techniques like Yoga Nidra to reduce stress and improve focus.
The Ashtanga Yoga Parampara
My teaching is rooted in the traditional Ashtanga yoga parampara, as taught by my Guruji, Sharath Jois. This cluster highlights my authorization and the deep respect I hold for the lineage, which forms the foundation of every class I lead.
My Personal Sadhana (Practice)
My personal practice, or sadhana, is the source from which my teaching flows. It's a daily commitment to movement, breath, and introspection, focusing on intention over perfection. This includes mat-based asana flows and the foundational Surya Namaskar.
A Yogic Way of Life
For me, yoga extends beyond the mat into a holistic way of living. This includes mindful eating, celebrating cultural traditions like Navratri, connecting with my community, and practicing gratitude through service (seva).
