I am Samiulla. If you want real, old-school dum biryani and catering that brings deep flavour to your table, you have come to the right place. Have a look at what we are cooking.

This is what I mean by asli biryani. Look at the shine on the rice and the tender mutton. I cook with passion, and you can hear it and taste it in every bite. This is proper party biryani.

Chicken kebabs getting their smoky flavour directly from the coals. I don't use shortcuts. This is how you get that real barbecue taste for your event starters.

My special Mutton Mandi, a true crowd-pleaser. The rice is fragrant and the meat is loaded with flavour, garnished with fried onions and cashews. It's a complete meal for any celebration.

A close look at my Dry Fruit Rabdi getting prepared. It's thick, creamy, and full of rich ingredients like cashews and pistachios. I make sure every dessert is as memorable as the main course.

This is the secret to my flavour, the traditional 'dum' cooking method. The biryani is slow-cooked over charcoal and wood fire, letting the masalas seep deep into every grain of rice.

My mutton curry is rich, oily, and packed with spices. It's the perfect gravy to go with biryani or fresh rotis for a complete party menu.

Preparing a large batch of Chicken 65. The chicken is marinated in a vibrant red, spicy masala mix before being fried. It's a classic starter that's always a hit at parties.

Here is my detailed menu with prices per kilo. You can see the variety I offer, from different types of biryani to kebabs, curries, and sweets for your bulk food orders in Bangalore.

About Featured

I don't use gas for bulk orders. Everything you see here—from my mutton dum biryani to the chicken 65—is cooked in traditional deghs over real wood and charcoal fires. This is how I get that deep, smoky flavour into the rice, and it is why my regular customers in Shivaji Nagar and across Bangalore keep coming back.

The Sami Caterers Way

When I cook for a party, I don't look at the clock or try to cut corners. My method is simple: fire, wood, and patience. Whether it is a house party, an office lunch, or a large wedding, I treat every order like I am cooking for my own family. My biryani isn't the 'diet' version; it is proper, kadak masaledaar food. You want taste? You will find it here.

What I Actually Do

  • Bulk Food by the Kilo: You don't need to order a full catering service if you don't want to. I sell my biryani, kebabs, and curries by the kilo. It is perfect for birthdays, Eid gatherings, or just a heavy Sunday lunch with friends.
  • The Full Menu: My mutton biryani is the star, but don't ignore the starters. My kebabs come straight from the charcoal grill, not a gas stove. And if you have a sweet tooth, my dry fruit rabdi and shahi tukda are made to end the meal properly.
  • Party Combos: If you are stressed about the menu for 25 or 30 guests, just look at my Party Feast Combos. I have already balanced the biryani, starters, and sides so you don't have to think about it.

How To Order

I operate out of Shivaji Nagar, but I deliver bulk orders all across Bangalore. Since I cook in batches, my deghs fill up fast, especially during festivals like Eid. If you have an event coming up, let me know early. I am happy to let you taste before you book so you know exactly what the zaayka is like.
