Real wood-fire cooking with premium India Gate Basmati rice. This is the authentic Bhai Biryani experience I promise for your big day, served hot and fresh for any crowd size.

The heart of our catering, large vessels of biryani simmering to perfection. We cook in massive quantities to ensure every single guest gets a hot and fresh plate.

A master chef at work, expertly mixing the long-grain basmati rice with rich masala. This step is crucial for ensuring the flavour is evenly distributed throughout the biryani.

A close-up of our fluffy, long-grain biryani rice. We use only the best quality rice to ensure it remains separate and doesn't get mushy, even when cooked in large batches.

Quality starts with the ingredients. I personally ensure we use top-tier brands like India Gate Classic Basmati rice for our biryani, because the best taste comes from the best products.

The process of making our signature mutton biryani involves layering marinated meat, fresh tomatoes, and spices before adding the rice. This ensures a rich and flavourful final dish.

I was humbled to be featured as a 'Real Biryani Monster' for my ability to cook for massive crowds, sometimes up to 50,000 people in 118 vessels. This is a testament to our scale and expertise.

Stirring the biryani gravy in large pots over a wood fire. This traditional method gives our food a unique smoky flavour that you can't get from gas stoves.

The steam rising from a freshly cooked pot of biryani is a sight to behold. We ensure the rice is perfectly cooked and ready to be served to your guests.

The final 'dum' process, where the biryani is slow-cooked over embers. This is where the magic happens, locking in all the flavours and aromas.

Setting up our cooking station for a large wedding function. We bring our entire kitchen setup to the venue to ensure everything is prepared fresh on-site.

About The Legendary Bhai Biryani

I don't use gas stoves. Every vessel of biryani you see here is cooked the old-school way over a wood fire at your venue. This gives the meat and rice that specific smoky aroma you miss in regular catering. When you book, you aren't just getting food; you're getting my personal supervision to ensure the dum is perfect and the rice stays long and fluffy, never mushy, even if we are feeding a thousand guests.
