About Smoky Kebabs & Starters

The secret to my kebabs isn't a fancy machine, it's the fire. I cook every single batch on real charcoal. You get that deep, smoky, charred flavour that gas grills just can't touch. If you want starters that actually taste like they came from a proper, traditional feast, this is what you need.

I don't believe in shortcuts. Whether it's Chicken Sheek, Beef Sheek, or Alfaham, everything goes straight onto the coal bed. When you order from me, you are getting food that has been slow-grilled, not something cooked in 10 minutes on a gas burner. The fat drips onto the charcoal, the smoke rises, and that is where the real zaayka comes from.

My starter menu is designed to get the party going. I do the classics like Chicken 65, but I also do unique items like Teetar (quail) for when you want to serve your guests something different. Everything is heavily marinated in my signature red masala blend. It’s supposed to be strong, bold, and punchy. If you are looking for mild or bland starters, I am probably not the guy for you. But if you want food that gets people talking and grabbing for seconds, call me.

I handle catering for everything from small birthday parties at home to massive wedding events. The starters arrive ready to serve, packed in bulk so you can keep them hot and fresh for your crowd. I manage the prep, the marination, and the grilling. You just worry about hosting your people.
