My signature is biryani, sold by the kilo and perfect for any party. I offer several styles like Hyderabadi Dum, Kolkata, and classic Degh biryani, available in both mutton and chicken. Each one is slow-cooked over a wood fire to ensure every grain of rice has that authentic, masaledaar zaayka.

No party is complete without starters. I prepare a variety of kebabs like Chicken Sheek, Beef Sheek, and Chicken 65, all marinated in my special spice blends. Everything is cooked over real charcoal for that authentic, smoky flavour you can't fake.

My curries are thick, flavourful, and made with the same attention to detail as my biryanis. I offer classics like Butter Chicken, Mutton Curry, and Methi Chicken, all cooked in large pots to develop deep flavours. These are the perfect accompaniment to make your party feast complete.
Traditional Desserts & Sweets
A great meal deserves a great dessert. I prepare classic Indian sweets like rich Dry Fruit Rabdi, Shahi Tukda, and creamy Dal sweet. Everything is made with pure ingredients and is the perfect sweet ending for your party or festival celebration.
Our Process: Fire, Wood & Deghs
The real zaayka of my food comes from my method. I don't cook on gas stoves for bulk orders; I use traditional deghs over wood and charcoal fires. This slow-cooking process allows the flavours to develop fully, giving the food an authentic taste you won't find anywhere else.
