You will notice that every dish here is prepared in large deghs over open wood fires. This is not just for show. It gives the rice a smoky depth that gas cooking cannot replicate. Whether it is a small family gathering or a large wedding, I personally ensure the same wood-fire quality in every batch we deliver across Bengaluru.
Cooking over firewood is how we get the authentic flavour right. It takes more effort and constant attention, but the result is a distinct, smoky aroma in our Mutton and Chicken Biryani that you simply cannot get with gas burners.
For your events, we keep it practical. We take bulk orders by the kilogram, offer signature combos, and even provide bucket biryani that serves 5 to 6 people. All our starters, from Chicken 65 to Fish Fry, are prepared with fresh ingredients to ensure they arrive at your venue hot and crispy.
We also manage the setup for larger events, handling everything from the Shahi table arrangements to the staff. My team and I focus on getting the food to you fresh.
